Our Team
From the very beginning to the present day our goal has always been to provide teeth, not crowns. We hope to facilitate a loyal relationship between us, the doctors, and their patients. Being a family-run lab, we treat our doctors, their office, and patients as part of our lab family.
Owner, Head Technician
Keith
Keith is the owner of Falls Dental Lab. He is a jack of all trades, in the dental industry for over 25 years. He is not only the owner but also the head Technician. When he is not at the lab, he is at home with his wife Becca and their three kids. They love spending time Up North with the family, 4-wheeling, camping, and enjoying everything the north woods has to offer.
Lab manager, Head Ceramist
Amy
Amy is the Lab Manager and Keith's Head Ceramist at Falls Dental lab. Not only can she stack a bridge, but she is also an impressive all-around dental Technician, having been in the dental field for over 20 years. She and her family also love heading north when time allows it and spending time together.
Universal Lab Technician
John
John is Falls Dental Lab Universal Lab Technician. You will see him filling many positions at the lab. He has been in the dental field for over 25 years. When he's not at work, John loves spending time with his Rottweiler Zoe by going on walks with her in the dog park.
Digital Specialist
Emily
Emily is our digital specialist. When not designing, she takes care of our milling and 3d printing needs. She has been in the dental field for about five years and is crushing it. Her quick grasp of digital technology has been a massive win for our lab. When she is not at work, she is with her husband and daughter, working around their house or trying a new recipe. She was a Chef before joining the dental field.
Model and Dye
Hannah
Hannah is our Model and Dye superstar. She loves getting her hands dirty pouring and setting up impressions. Having been in the field for three years, Amy has also taken Hannah under her wing, teaching her glazing and her ceramic techniques. She enjoys time with her family and their fur baby Juniper, taking walks on their local trails.
Lab Office Manager
Becca
Becca is the Lab Office Manager. She never knew that there was such a thing as a Dental Lab until she met Keith and started their journey with Falls Dental Lab. She handles the phone and office duties, working closely with all the employees to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. When not at the lab, Becca is a mother of three and loves reading and relaxing when not wrestling with the kids, and going up north to the family property is a must to reset and get some R and R.
